Woodrow Nash Studios offers original fine art and select merchandise. Due to the nature of our products, return eligibility varies by category. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Original Artwork (Including Auctions & Scratch and Ding Pieces)

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sculptures
  • Busts
  • One-of-one or limited works
  • Scratch and Ding auction pieces

All original artwork sales are final.

  • No refunds
  • No returns
  • No store credit

In the rare event of damage during shipping or structural failure, an exchange for a comparable piece of similar size, style, and value may be considered, subject to availability and approval by Woodrow Nash Studios.

All artwork is handmade. Minor imperfections, surface variations, and individual character are inherent to the work and are not considered defects.

2. Calendars, Slates & Merchandise

This includes:

  • Calendars
  • Memorial slates
  • Apparel
  • Prints and other non-original merchandise

These items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, including:

  • Custom slates
  • Personalized prints
  • Items made to order

Approved returns may be eligible for:

  • Exchange
  • Store credit Refunds are issued at the discretion of Woodrow Nash Studios.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

If a merchandise item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging are required
  • Original packaging must be retained

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

4. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
5. Final Authority

All return and exchange decisions are made at the sole discretion of Woodrow Nash Studios.
